We used to have a really short blurb on here about our used book policy. It basically said we take used books on donation. But then, several folks came in to the store and were mortally offended we didn’t buy the used books but, rather, took them on donation and actually resold them! Oh, the horror.

So, we thought it might be a good idea for us to ‘splain. By taking donations of used books and re-selling them here’s what happens:

• We can offer alternative purchase options to those who may not be able to afford a full priced book.
• We can make a little extra dough (and believe us, we mean a little) to spend on the community minded events and causes we’re involved in. (Community Events and Causes)
