Please join us as Gregory Douglass entertains us in a live music performance at Wild Iris Books on Friday, March 13, 2009.

Short Biography:

Gregory Douglass’ evocative, alternative sound channels everyone from Stevie Wonder to Fiona Apple in a way that’s terrifyingly mature for someone so young” according to Instinct Magazine. With six critically acclaimed, independent CDs under his belt, the 27-year old Vermont native has shared the stage with artists like They Might Be Giants, Third Eye Blind, The Weepies, Jason Mraz, Regina Spektor and Margaret Cho. Douglass’ music video for “Hang Around” charted for six consecutive months on LOGO TV’s “Click List” Top 10 Video Countdown in 2008, following similar success on LOGO TV with his video for “I Wanted To Run” in 2007. Douglass is touring extensively in support of his latest release, BATTLER, featuring duets with friends and fellow Vermonters Grace Potter (Grace Potter & The Nocturnals/ Hollywood Records) and Anais Mitchell (Righteous Babe Records).
