Wild Iris Books has been searching high and low for someone to come in and give our café space a new life.  We held out, trusting that the universe would match us up with the right people…

Enter Jackie Carlson and Garry Gillooly. We’re thrilled to announce that Café Colette will be opening late summer 2011. Jackie and Gary have grown up in the restaurant industry and are ready to make their own way in the business.

We don’t want to give too much away… you’ll have to keep checking back for updates. But let’s just say, their creative menu will give your taste buds an unforgettable ride. With a variety of unique and affordable breakfast and lunch options, expect the special touch of homemade goodness.  In addition to food, Cafe Colette will be providing a full service coffee bar and hand selected beers and wines to complement their menu.

In the meantime, we’ll be working hard to re-organize and refresh the space in the back, so we ask in advance that you pardon our dust!
